Originally from Shaanxi province, the biangbiang mian are large, handmade noodles renowned for their elastic texture and authentic taste. Their name comes from an extremely complex Chinese character, symbolizing the rich culinary culture of northwest China. Served with a fragrant sauce of chili, garlic and vinegar, these noodles offer the perfect balance of spiciness, flavor and rustic simplicity.
